Meet Daniel Walaszek, N.P.

Daniel Walaszek, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-C, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who values his patients and their families.  Daniel earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with Honors from Purdue University.  He went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Nursing with Honors from Purdue University Global.  Daniel has worked as a Nurse with patients with a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions, providing a high level of care to serve their health care needs.  Daniel now works closely with patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Primary Care setting, providing comprehensive yet warm and friendly care to his patients
